Strategy & Impact
Inspired by her own struggle as a working mom without reliable child care, and motivated by what she saw as a solution for working families, Mai set out to create Little Village. She heads strategy and partnerships, and also oversees marketing and communications efforts.
Alana Javid
Operations & Community
As a proud working mom, Alana understands the joys and challenges of balancing work, parenting, and personal growth. Alana is focused on creating a sense of community among families at Little Village. She oversees internal operations, and all events and celebrations.

Jamie Russo
Jamie has started, operated and successfully sold two coworking companies. She founded and heads “Everything Coworking” where she and her team help entrepreneurs create their own profitable coworking space.
Kathryn Mayer
KJ provides consultation services for childcare operators, including coworking spaces with childcare. She supports with site the process of site selection, licensing, permitting, hiring, training and curriculum design.
Linda Martinez
Linda advises business operators on their investments, properties and acquisitions. She brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, financial analysis and client management.
Kara Lee
Kara is the founder of The Well Community for Women, a coworking space with childcare in San Diego. She provides strategic advice on launch, operations, community building and fundraising.
